Q: How come the 2010 Ford Mustang has been built? We’re just in 2009!?
I don’t understand.I have seen pictures of the 2010 Mustang.

A: this isnt unusual when an automaker wants to get foot traffic into the show rooms. federal law allows automakers to sell new models no more than one year in advance example;

you can sell a 2010 model starting jan 1, 2009. normally the new model year cars begin selling around october of the previous year, example;

2009 models start selling at dealers in october 2008.

ford has had good success with many models when they start selling them early in the year. the 1965 mustang for instance started selling april 17, 1964 and they sold like hotcakes on sale.

again the idea is to get the public excited about a high profile model, that gets them into the dealerships, and then they start looking at other cars as well. the mustang is not going t be the car for a family of four, but it would make a good car for the husband to drive while mom gets the fusion/taurus/what ever.

Q: What does the back of 2010 Mustang grill emblem look like?
I like the new pony, and I want to get one of the emblems for my sn95. But I can only find one site that sells them(other than ford/motorcraft) and there’s no information on how it mounts. I just want to know how it fastens. A picture would be great. And I know it isn’t made for my car. I can probably make it work.

A: just go ahead and buy one…since you can make it work, why do you need to know what the back is like…(it’s not like everyone takes their cars apart to LOOK at the badges. “We don’t need no stinking badges…”)

Q: Average Cost Of Black Fist Size Cobra Tattoo?
hey guys i want to get a cobra tattoo on my right bisep. only black/gray ink. i am going to go to a shop but before i do what do you guys see the avarage cost to be? only about the size of a fist but heres a link to the pic…its the shelby cobra not to big of detail here

http://www.fordmustangpic.com/fordmustang/car/pictures/2010/03/ford-mustang-shelby-gt500-emblem5-10.jpg

A: Around $100-150. You can go to a shop or call/email an artist to get an estimate. Tattoo work is charged by the hour, and a lot of shops have a minimum amount.

Q: Help me make a decision, what’s your opinion? (Pictures Included)?
Hey there.
I’m just about to turn 16 and i’m having some trouble deciding what I want to use to get around! (Transportation) Im a masculine guy and uhh…

Heres some of the things that I’m considering, what do you think in terms of practicality, masculinity, etc.

(I think this is pretty cool too)
Woa, thanks guys, lots of good input.

If you don’t like any of these, what do you think would be good?
I can afford everything I’ve listed. (I was investing in stocks since i was little)

In my state, you can drive at 16. (AZ)

A: Assuming you have the money to buy these things..

A porshe is nice. Of course, but really expenisive and well insurance for a 16yr old male will be outrageous. Plus alot of people will probably think you a rich little spoiled kid who daddy bought a car for, and you never had to work for nothing.

A motorcycle is nice. But just think about how often it rains were you live. If it rains alot. That wont be a fun ride. Plus, well picking up a date on a motorcyle.

A mustang is always nice. Its a classic.

Personally I would go with none. Your 16 and insurance for any of those is going to be insane. Plus no 16 year old needs a brand new car. I bought my own car when I was 16 and it was a piece of crap. But it thought me alot in life.

But since your asking which one of the 3 and not my option… I would say the Mustang

Q: Where can you go test your cars performace on a track in california?
I have a couple new cars that me and my boys got. including the new 2010 ford mustang gt, camaro ss, and chevy challenger, along with 2 other tuner cars. weve been saving up for cars like these forever so now we want to go race them like at a raceway or something. a place were we can really show off our hp without any cops involved. where is there a place like that in california? would be way better if it was in the bay area.
please and thank you

dont hesitate to leave pictures of your cars and show me what your packing!

Muscles all the way!

A: Chevy Challenger?
Life on your planet must be strange……

Q: my first car!?!? help?
I want to buy a 2010 ford mustang gt . black with tinted windows just like the one in picture below.

http://media.photobucket.com/image/2010%20black%20mustang/LilleBuller/Mustang%20Cobra%20588R/Ford-Mustang_2010_588_Cobra_R_CJ-2.jpg?o=4

im paying insurence by myself and buying it myself.
is that a good first car?
im getting it in a year. so its gonna be lower apparently. and i can pay for it. i work 3 jobs to pay for this. im a not teen who has daddy for all my stuff. im to independent for that
mustangs dont count as a sports car in jeresy anymore. i checked. so insurence wont be as harsh

A: im not trying to be a “hater”, i just want to be realistic.
it’s a good car, if you can afford around 3000 dollars a year for insurance.
i just bought my first car in may, its used, but its a 2008 so its pretty new.
for a black 2008 honda accord coupe, my insurance is somewhere between 2400-2600 a year. i’m pretty sure the insurance for a new car is higher… so it may not be 3000, but i would have that much just in case. because if you get a ticket or in an accident, your rate will go up hundreds of dollars.
check it out on an insurance site and get a free quote. if youre like me, and under 18… its gonna be around mine most likely cause its a sporty car. but if youre older, you might be a better rate.
bottom line- if you can afford it, get it. if you are just scraping up enough money to buy it, dont-go used. i got a great deal on mine on ebay haha.
hope this helps:)!

Q: Mustang vs. corvette seem like fair fight.?
Why do people compare sportscar to muscle car. That’s like putting the gt against a camaro am I right. The gt would obviously win. So why do people put videos of sports car vs muscle. Everyone knows unless you really upgrade the muscle car it would win. So why do corvette vs muscle car. Because, muscle cars are for drag racing. So they weigh more then spots car corvette’s like 1000 pounds mustang is like 1 ton. About 2 times the weight of sports car so if it weighed the same as the a sports car the muscle car may win , and chances are better for it then. Also is the camaro still considered a muscle car. Because it’s design is off from every muscle car. Compare these pictures http://www.99mustangs.com/gallery2/d/29-1/Ford+Mustang+Shelby+GT500+KR+01.jpg

So dosen’t the camaro look like it’s half sports car and half muscle. What do you think.

A: because they are crazy about their cars, and they love to stunt. lol

Q: How long of a life can you expect from a well maintained 99-04 Mustang GT?
I’m looking to get a very cheap car, (under $5000) and saw this Mustang.

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=256348204&dealer_id=50757774&car_year=1999&rdm=1230135146116&model=MUST&num_records=25&systime=&make2=&highlightFirstMakeModel=&start_year=1999&keywordsfyc=&keywordsfyc=&keywordsrep=&keywordsrep=&engine=8+Cylinder&certified=&body_code=0&fuel=&awsp=false&search_type=both&distance=500&marketZipError=false&search_lang=en&sownerid=57027721&showZipError=n&make=FORD&keywords_display=&color=&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&min_price=&drive=&default_sort=priceDESC&seller_type=b&max_mileage=&style_flag=1&sort_type=priceDESC&address=30127&advanced=y&end_year=2010&doors=&transmission=&max_price=5000&cardist=56

I’ve talked to a few Mustang experts who say that the engine is capable of 500,000 miles, if it is maintained well. Does anyone know anything about that, and does this one look like it’s in good shape? I know the only way to tell for sure is to take it into a Mechanic, but the car is a ways from where I live so I don’t want to make the long drive for nothing. The picture of everything under the hood looks surprisingly clean compared to what I’m used to seeing on high-mileage vehicles, but I don’t know if that means much or not… Thanks!

A: The 4.6 modular motor is a great engine and it will last a very long time. The real question is the rest of the car. I had a 2000 Mustang GT and I had alot of trouble with the brakes. The engine was great.

Your car has quite a few miles on it. But for the price.. well It’s probably about right. Normally a car of that age would sell for 5 or 6 thousand. So you are getting what you pay for. Ask if the clutch has ever been replaced. I might also take it to get a compression test to see if the engine is still in good shape.

Q: Which car is cooler and why?
So my friend and I were talking and we were discussing how we’re both getting our cars this summer. I’m getting a 2011 V6 blue Ford mustang, and he’s getting a 2007 gray Range Rover. Who do you think has the cooler car? Please give me reasons why. The first website on top is a link to the picture of what my car will be, and the second is a link to what his will be.
