Q: Should I get a 2010 Honda accord coupe or a 2010 ford mustang v6?
I like the two cars total exterior and interior design but can’t decide which one to go for, Can anybody give me the pros and cons on both vehicles…I also heard that the accord coupe has some bad breaks and that they need to be replace alot, has anyone heard this?
A: I would recommend the Accord! It is more reliable, probably cheaper to insure, and just as fun to drive as the Mustang. If you get the top of the line model, you will enjoy many luxuries usually found in much more expensive cars, such as heated leather seats, voice activated controls, gps navigation, etc.
Also, the V-6 manual transmission Accord coupe goes from 0-60 mph in 5.7 seconds (the automatic sedan does it in 7.2. While the 2010 Mustang V-6 does it in 6.7 seconds for the manual transmission, and 7 seconds flat for the automatic.
So, the Accord has faster acceleration than the Mustang, and with the sport tuned suspension it actually handles fairly well for a big, heavy FWD car. The RWD Mustang would probably beat it on a windy race track, but thats basically the only advantage it has.
I own a 2005 Accord EX V-6 coupe with 6 speed manual. It currently has just about 150,000 miles on it, and I have never had any issues with my brakes. I have had to replace the pads, but that is normal. I know the 2008 and newer are a totally new Accord, but I doubt that there are any serious brake issues…. But if you want to find out, I suggest finding a Honda, or Accord online forum. You can find very valuable information on these forums from owners. You could also ask them questions that you have and get a response from someone that actually owns the car, instead of someone trying to sell you one.
I like the Ford Mustang, and although I do like many imports, I am not one of those people who will always say, buy a Japanese car, it will last longer. It mainly has to do with how you maintain your car, but, in the instance between a V-6 Mustang and a V-6 Accord, the choice is fairly simple. The Accord is a far more superior car.
IF you really want performance, but a Mustang GT with the V-8 motor!
Q: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro or 2010 Ford Mustang?
Ok. So my BD is coming up and im turning 16. My dad says hes buying me my first car but i cant decide on which car to get. I love both the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro and the 2010 Ford Mustang but cant decide! D: i love the exterior for both but i like the interior for the mustang better and its cheaper.
I was going towards mustangs but I’ve been researching both cars and watch comparisons between the two and most of the time Camaro placed 1st place, Mustang 2nd. Please help me decide!
A: I vote Mustang. The new 2011’s are going to just KILL the Camaro! The new 3.7L V6 is thumping out 305 HP! And it gets 31 MPG, certified through the EPA already! WOW! But the new GT will be getting the new 5.0L V8 which has 412 HP! Both of them are getting 6 speeds, either in automatic or manual. Be looking at the 2011’s!!
And you have to remember, the 2010’s still have the small 4.6L, pretty impressive it almost out performs the 6.2L Camaro with over 400 HP! And the Mustang only has 315 HP and not to mention it still has a 5 speed where as the Camaro has 6.
The new 2011 with a 412 HP 5.0L mated to a 6 speed it going to be sick!
Q: what’s going to be better overall, a 2009 Shelby Mustang GT500 or a 2010 Ford Mustang GT500?
maybe i’m wrong, but i think the top model for the mustang in 2010 made by Ford is the GT500. i meant the top model that FORD is making in 2010.
now i’m looking for stuff like:
what’s going to have better horsepower, handling, 0-60, etc.
and also your opinions on both, including interior features
i’m trying to decide whether to wait just a while longer for the 2010 mustang, or get a 2009 Shelby, which seem to be available en masse in my area.
thoughts and opinions?
A: ok the 2009 gt500 is a great muscle car with 500 hp but the suspesion is not the greatest. the new gt500 has the KR engine which is 540hp insane power and torque and now has better suspension and looks. the interior has been upgraded as well. Wait for the 2010 model, and it is 45 K MRSP but the dealer will likley raise that but who knows. Its worth it. Plus if you havethe money to buy these beasts then it prob don’t matter as long as the new one is better which it is. Bigger breaks as well for more stopping power and great technology, sync and nav screen.
Q: 2010 mustang GT Shifter quick Q?
I am just curious since ive seen several shifters. Which is the one I got if I purchased a ‘10 mustang GT premium (but not the premium seat accent I didnt like the line going down the seat) Is it this ball chrome looking one:

or this chubby one:
http://www.carsandreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/2010-ford-mustang-gt-exterior-interior-1.jpg
A: It’s an option you can pick with any Mustang, the chrome is the add-on retro look… Much like what was in the Ford GT and GT40..
Q: 2010 Mustang V6 or 2008 Mustang GT?
Hi im getting my first car soon and im not sure what to get a slightly used 2010 ford mustang V6 premium or a slightly used 2008 ford mustang GT V8 with most likely leather interior. Also the 2010 mustang would be slightley cheaper.
A: I would probably buy the GT, but you have to answer a few questions for yourself, can you live with the much higher insurance cost and the worse gas mileage? For a daily driver the V6 mustang is probably the better value.
Q: What’s the price of a ford mustang?
What’s the base price of a 2010 ford mustang? Nothing added on. Just the base car.
How about with leather interior and a custom paint job?
A: http://www.fordvehicles.com/the2010mustang/?referrer=www.ford.com&glbcmp=ford|home
This link provides the specs for each model. Instead of worrying about ‘leather seats or custom paint job’, get the GT, at the very least.
Its all about performance.
Q: Need a car by this summer , any ideas ?
im looking for something thats two door .
nothing slow but nothing lamborghini fast .
it has to be automatic && safe .
im looking at the 2010 Scion Tc – with the pedestal spoiler
2010-2011 Ford Mustang – doesnt matter which trim as long as it has the pedestal spoiler .
& the 2010-2011 Honda Civic Coupe .
i like everything about the scion tc except thats its a hatchback .
i like everything about the ford mustang except insurance will be expensive .
i like everything about the honda civic except the interior design , & i see one everywhere .
which would you choose out of those three and list them 1-3 with 1 being the best & why ?
im looking for good mpg , reliability , & uniqueness .
thanks
A: if you want good mpg and reliability, it would be Civic, Tc, Mustang
if you want uniqueness it would be Tc, Mustang, Civic
Can’t have all eggs in one basket.
Q: What is your opinion on the 2010 Chevy Camaro?
Don’t let my opinions influence your answer. Be honest! But here are some of my opinions on it. Keep in mind that I am a diehard Chevrolet fan, and my favorite cars on earth are Camaros!
I like the new Camaros. The performance aspect is very impressive. I haven’t actually test driven a new Camaro yet, but all the reviews that I have read are excellent. Even the V6 Camaro has over 300HP. The V8 SS Camaros have 400-426HP. I have mixed feelings, however, about the interior. I have read that Chevy used cheap materials to make the cabin/dash/etc. That’s disappointing. I also don’t like the fact that the new Camaros look disturbingly similar to the Dodge Charger and the Ford Mustang. Am I the only one that thinks that they all look too much alike? I am referring to the external appearance of the cars.
I wonder if the new Camaros are indeed reliable. The 3.8L V6 engine that came in Firebirds and Camaros is/was a quite dependable motor. I used to own a V6 Firebird (1996), and it was the most reliable car I have ever owned! I know that the new Camaros have a 3.6L motor (V6), so I don’t know anything at all about them. I think that the Cadillac STX? or something also has the 3.6L engine available.
I hope to own a new Camaro at some point in the future. What is your opinion on the new Camaros?
A: Personally, I like the looks of the Mustang and Challenger better. The Camaro has a ugly grill and rear end to me.
Q: Which is a better deal?
I know almost nothing about cars, and I want to buy a used one so i can get to work faster. It takes forever on the bus.
I’m 16 but i will be 17 next month.
Which car would be a good car for someone my age? I’m learning to drive and saving up my money, I will be able to try out all of these cars, i just want to know which ones would be a waste of my time to go see.

A: Wow. You are in a bad decision. Where do I start
The 2000 Pontiac Grand AM SE2 was one of the worst cars to come from Pontiac along with the Pontiac Fiero. It was dropped for a reason because it was not a good car.
The 2000 Lincoln LS was also dropped for a reason too, looks a lot like a 2000-2004 Chevy Impala and was not very popular.
A Mitsubishi is not actually a good car and they are known for being very terrible in reliability and quality.
These cars are better for the money and are below 3000:
Coupes/Convertibles/Sedan
84-89 and 90-96 Nissan 300zx Base/Turbo (RWD 0-60 6-7.7sec)
1998-2002 Honda Accord Coupe/Sedan i4/V6 (FWD 0-60 7-8.1 sec)
Maybe an 03 Hyundai Tiburon (FWD 0-60 7.3 sec)
94-98 Ford Mustang V6 or GT (RWD 0-60 6.2-8 sec)
Ford Crown Victoria Civilian/P71 (RWD 0-60 8 sec)
maybe 92-98 BMW 3 Series (RWD 0-60 6.7-10 sec)
91-99 Mitsubishi 3000GT Base/VR4 (RWD or AWD 0-60 5.8-7sec)
95-99 Mitsubishi Eclipse (FWD 8.6 sec)
Porsche 924 (RWD 0-60 7.8sec)
Maybe 92-00 Lexus SC 300/400 (RWD 6.7-8.3 sec)
92-96 and 97-02 Honda Prelude (FWD 8.5 sec)
93-01 Pontiac Firebird (RWD 0-60 6.4 sec)
82-92, 93-97and 98-02 Chevy Camaro (RWD)
Maybe 84-96 Chevy Corvette (RWD 0-60 6.7 sec)
1993-1997 Infiniti J30 Base/Touring (RWD 0-60 8.9 sec)
95-98 Nissan 240sx (RWD 0-60 7 sec)
90-95 Toyota MR2 (RWD?)
86-92 Toyota Supra (RWD 0-60 7.2 sec)
91-95 Hyundai Scoupe Base or Turbo (FWD 0-60 7.2-8.9 sec)
AND MANY MORE!!!!!
ALWAYS BRING THE CAR OR BRING A MECHANIC TO SEE THE CAR OR IF YOU CANNOT GET ONE THERE ARE SIMPLE WAY TO CHECK.
